Br...I remember this was a problem a few years back. Bruce Stucker esq. from the Parker boards brought it to our attention and if I'm not mistaken, notified me about this a few months prior. This is a major problem. I would say 30% of my wines were purchased over state lines.<br />I noticed Montoya is expanding his operations into the next space over to accommodate shipping. I would be concerned that this may not be of his best interest if this bill goes through. Though I am not sure what percent of his wine business crosses the state lines.
